Who we are
CyPro Ltd operates Operational Resilience UK and this website. Personal data submitted on operationalresilienceuk.co.uk is controlled by CyPro Ltd as data controller.
What arrives with your enquiry
An enquiry or booking gives us the form fields and nothing more: name, work email, company, phone if offered, and your message. We put those details to exactly two uses: answering you, then delivering whatever you go on to commission. No mailing list, no resale, no marketing hand-offs.
Cookies
Your browser stays clean until you say otherwise. Analytics, where present, stay off until the banner is accepted, and exist solely to reveal which pages do their job.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile guards the enquiry form against automated submissions. To separate people from scripts it examines technical characteristics of the visit, among them IP address and browser fingerprint. Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum describes that processing in full.
How long we keep enquiry data
Enquiry data lives as long as the conversation or a commissioned engagement keeps it relevant, then falls out of retention under CyPro Ltd's schedule.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection: every UK GDPR right applies to what we hold on you. The contact page is the route in, and requests get acted on promptly.
